Chicken Panache with vegetables salt

Ingredients

  • 80 grams chicken cut into strips
  • 50 grams Italian squash
  • 1 red bell-pepper
  • Bean sprouts
  • 1 avocado
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Avocado Molina
  • Margarine

Preparation

Sauté the chicken in 50 grams of margarine and avocado oil for about 10 minutes. Add the pepper, turn off the flame and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, bean sprouts, and salt and pepper (to your liking), and let cool about 2 minutes. Serve hot. Slice the avocado into wedges, and spread it around the plate for presentation.
