Niza Salad

Nazi Salad


  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1/2 salad pickle
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 150 grams of tuna
  • 4 anchovie steaks
  • 24 black olives
  • 4 spoonfuls of Avocado Molina Avocado oil
  • 1 spoonful vinegar
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1 pinch of dried herbs
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs


Open the lettuce well, wash the leaves under cold water, then drain the water off. Cut the leaves into little pieces. Wash and slice the pickle. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Peel the onions, and make rings. Let the tuna dry out a bit and divide it into small pieces. Cut the anchovies lengthwise, wash the olives in cold water and let them dry. Mix the avocado oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper and dried herbs. Mix the sauce in with the lettuce and add the pickle slices, the tomatoes, onion rings, tuna and olives.
